Located at 1250 24th Street NW, our new location will allow key members of our team rapid access to all potential acquisition sites, development opportunities and financing and development partners. Being in the heart of Washington will also allow SSDC to keep it’s finger on the pulse of the regulatory proceedings that shape our industry.
