Eagle’s Bluff, in Concord, New Hampshire, is a project that was approved in the early 1980s before the real estate market’s dramatic decline. The land remained undeveloped until Silver Street Development purchased it in 1995 using low-income housing tax credits, and built 80 affordable two and three bedroom townhouses with attached garages, as well as several one-story handicapped-accessible units and a day care center that offers affordable day care to tenants.
