Marble Hall Apartments, located in Tuckahoe, NY, is a ten-story affordable rental building offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom unit homes, plus an employee unit for a total of 134 units.  Silver Street Development Corporation and LIHC Investment Group partnered to acquire this property in 2021The property underwent a substantial rehabilitation of the common areas, units, and the heat and hot water boilersSpecial attention went to improving the property’s energy efficiencyThe preservation of this asset was supported in part by a HUD/FHA Section 223(f) refinancing loan provided by Rockport Mortgage Corporation, 4% LIHTC equity allocated by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and associated tax-exempt bond financing issued by the Westchester County IDA. A critical source of affordable housing for the Tuckahoe community will be protected through 2060 by a new Project-Based Section 8 contract for current and future residents.
